Jumping on Opportunity
Further to my blog post on 24th February at
http://clarifywithben.com/blog/emails/24-hour-special
it seems I cooked up a bit of a storm of controversy.
Often when you expose a method which has never been
used before, people are a bit skeptical. Perhaps you
felt the same!
So, what I want to do is to show some hard proof results.
First, let me show you the traffic on the same site
for the last 7 days:

As you can see, it has stayed fairly steady around the
2,500 visitors per day mark.
What about Adsense revenue?

This has increased about 10%. It’s hard to tell exactly
as there was some downtime last time that I posted.
Also, I am often trying out new methods or other
advertising medians so that can reduce it. I did infact
make a fairly major tweak which seems to have increased
Adsense by about 15% on those pages that I tried it, but
more on that another time.
But what you are probably also interested in is how I
am getting on with the new site that I put up at:
http://www.discoverthisinfo.com
The big concern from commenters and emails that I received
was the problem with duplicate content. This has NEVER
concerned me. Although unique content does generally work
better, due to the ease which duplicate content can be
legitimately acquired it can often mean higher revenue
per hour of work.
So was this site indexed?

774 pages currently indexed in Google!!!
I am currently receiving about 50 visitors a day and an
average of $1.32 from Adsense. However, those numbers are
slightly misleading as many of those are coming from
this blog itself. That is always a problem when trying
to do any impartial case-study in public.
So, that is looking backwards. Pretty impressive hey?!
I will keep you updated with further news, but let’s
look forwards…
In order to be successful, you always need to be looking
for new opportunities and tweaks that someone else is
not seeing. If you are the same as everybody else then
there is no reason that you will stick out.
I saw an opportunity this week, and based on my previous
experience, I am 100% sure that it is going to be successful.
Please follow with me on this one, as I want to show you
exactly how I thought about it and also how you can benefit
from it too.
You may have seen that Larry Dotson has released five products
with Private Label Rights.
In fact, the exact rights are as follows:
[YES] Can be added to Membership Sites. [YES] Can be packaged as a Bonus Product. [YES] Can be bundled into a Package Deal. [YES] Can be sold on Auction Sites. [YES] Can be sold in Dime Sales. [YES] Can be Retitled, Rewrote or Redited. [YES] Can add your name as the Author. [YES] Can be rebranded with your Links. [YES] Can be used as Web Site/Blog Content. [YES] Can be broken down into Articles. [YES] Can be added to an Autoreposnder eCourse. [YES] Can be given away or sold without Resell Rights. [YES] Can be given away or sold with Resell Rights. [YES] Can be given away or sold with Master Resell Rights. [YES] Can be given away or sold with Private Label Rights. [YES] Can edit/change the Sales Letters or eCovers.
The five products are:

When I see rights like this and products like this, I know
that there is a huge amount of opportunity to create a huge
content site. But there is one thing that I need to do
first, and that is to check that it has not already been
done 100s of times:

One result never bothers me, and when I had a look at his
site, it was clear that he had just plonked the text on one
page which the search engines don’t like particularly anyway.
So, here is a massive opportunity for a:
MAXI SITE!!!
But I want to go a lot further for you this time…
Previously, there have been two main concerns with my
Maxi Sites. One has been with regards to duplicate content
and the other has been with regards to editing the pages
once they are up.
In a way, they are similar things, as the reason why most
people want to edit pages is to make sure that their page
is unique.
Once again, let me iterate that I have never had concerns
about duplicate content, but if that is what others want
then who am I to question?!
So I came up with the ultimate solution and that is to
add a comment script onto each page.
What this means is, that you can add content to any page
without having any knowledge of html, FTP or any others
of thosel technical initials
But I haven’t stopped there…
A few months ago, I had a script developed for my own
personal use which would record any search words and
phrases that visitors use in order to arrive at my site.
I know that they can be obtained from stats results, but
what I like to be able to do is to examine them all in one
place and not have to collate them or copy and paste from
different places. When I looked in the market place and
asked around the forums, there was nothing that did quite
what I wanted to do. So I had it created.
If anybody comes from Google, MSN or Yahoo search engines,
then it will take those keywords and add them to a file
for your use.
Pretty cool!
So let’s have a look at the site:
1. 512 pages of professionally written content
2. A script that is included on every page so that people
can leave comments or you can add content in order to make
the page unique
3. A script which will record all of your search engine
keywords
4. A template
To view the site, go to http://www.maxisites.com
So, am I selling this site and how much for?
First, I want to add a few things:
1. Free installation
2. One year free hosting on my server
3. A free .info domain name
4. 10 extra headers (including PSD files)
5. The full five text ebooks
It is extremely difficult to put a price on this, but let’s
try:
1. 512 web-pages - well the cost of the ebooks is $47 each,
so let’s conservatively value this at $235. I say conservatively
as this doesn’t take into account the time spent creating the
site.
2. You could probably buy a comment script for $47. Please note,
that this is an open source script under the GPL license.
3. The search engine script would be sold on its own for about
$27 but is not available at the moment for sale at any price.
4. The template was created especially for this site and takes
advantage of the different elements that are included. It cost
me $47 to outsource it.
5. It costs me $20 to install each one. This includes setting
up the database for the comments script and uploading all of
the files. It also includes installing the search engine
script.
6. The hosting is worth around $120 a year (at $9.99 a month)
7. The domain name costs $1.99
8. The headers cost me $20 to create each one
So an estimate of the cost of this site is: $698
This is a real-cost estimate of how much it would cost you if
you were to set up the site above for yourself.
But I don’t want to sell it to you for anywhere near that cost
at all.
In fact, I am not going to sell it to you at all. I want to
give it away to you free.
And here is why…
You may remember that I sent you an email last week about
Rob Benwell’s Niche Annihilation method. I also offered
a great bonus. Together with his valuable product and
my bonus I sold a lot of his product. So much so, that
I ended up in the number 8 position:

Recognise the names surrounding me?
Well, this week Rob is launching part two and I want to
move way up that leaderboard. That is why I am doing
something that even I can not believe that I am doing -
seriously.
This is a case of “If you help me, then I will help you
tremendously”.
On Wednesday 12th March at 12 Noon EST, Rob is launching
IM Annihilation. If you purchase through my link below,
then I will give you the whole 512 page site which has
a conservatively estimated value of $698.
Rob is only releasing 1,000 copies. As he sold over 2,000
copies of his last product within the first 24 hours there
is a high amount of certainty that these will sell out
within the first 12-24 hours.
If you want to take advantage of Rob’s product and my
bonus, I implore you to act as fast as possible as I
strongly predict that they will sell out within the
first 24 hours. It is unlikely that there will be any
copies of my bonus left, but if I do ever sell it again
then it will cost at least $97.
Please take the following steps:
1. Visit http://www.clarifywithben.com/recommends/niche
in order to purchase IM Annihilation
2. Paste your Clickbank receipt at http://www.replytoben.com
Best Wishes,
Ben Shaffer
PS. If you prefer, I will also give you full instructions
on how to host this site. However, if you choose for me
to host your site, then I will do everything for you and
you will have your site up and running within 24 hours.
PPS. I have seen Rob’s new product and the potential
to profit from it are truly quite remarkable. As he is
selling through Clickbank, there is a no-quibble return
policy. Even if you do return, you can still keep my
site as a gift from me.
PPPS. Each time I have done a sale on sites like these,
they have sold out within 24 hours. When I did a bonus
like this last week, the 50 copies sold out within about
19 hours. If you would like to take advantage of this
bonus, I would strongly advise you not to wait, but
to go right now to:

Hello Ben,
Why not just use Wordpress script and run it like an article directory?
Steve

You can do it that way. I just find that it makes me more money doing it like this and has been extremely lucrative in the past. I try and stick with what works well.

Can we use the search engine script on our other sites?
You mention it pulls the search engine words and pharases into one database. Would it combine the search engine terms from multiples of sites into the same database so we can track each site with the script?

Hey Ben,
The site looks great. I want to know how are you advertising to get all of these hits and will you show us what we need to do to do the same.

Do you have a cut-off number in terms of how many copies of the PLR is already indexed in Google for you to make the decision to put it on your site or not?
I’m thinking why not just use articles from article directories?
Thanks,
Cathy

Brian,
You may use the search engine script on any of your sites. It actually saves the keywords into a text file rather than a database. In theory, you can combine the keywords from many sites into one file although I would advise against it as the whole point is that you do know which site produces which keywords.
Andre,
Yes, I will show you. I will try and put up a blog post either today or tomorrow with the traffic tactics that I use. To be honest though…there are no big secrets to what I use.
Cathy,
You could use articles from article directories. I just find that PLR articles work better for me. Also, you don’t need to keep in an outgoing link which can bleed visitors. It is far quicker to have PLR articles when you can get 50 at a time rather than having to go and collect 50 different articles from a directory. With regards to the number of duplicates, you can usually get a feeling with how many is good or bad.
