Membernaire and Membernaires!
There are a few people who as soon as I receive
an email from them in my inbox, I open it right
away.
- For example, Paul Myers, James Brausch and Dan Kennedy
These may not be the typical names on the ‘circuit’
but I do find that these are people who I really
learn from. Either from WHAT they say or from HOW
they say it.
Paul Myers and Dan Kennedy give excellent information
and teach me some finer parts of marketing. James
Brausch, although I disagree with much of what he
says, I learn an incredible amount from the way
that he markets.
There is also somebody else who I follow on a consistent
basis. Unfortunately he rarely emails out to his
list, but when he does or when he brings out a new
product I am the first to open his email or to
purchase what he has to sell.
This is Jimmy Brown.
I don’t know him personally nor have I ever met
him, but what I really admire is that his information
is always very simple to understand but yet often
explains fairly advanced marketing techniques.
This morning was no exception…
He has just released a new membership site called
Membernaires (membernaires.com). I guess that it
is a play on words of Members and Millionaires…

The idea of the site is to show you how to create
a membership site within 48 hours even if you have
minimal technical skills.
The twist is, that instead of building a full scale
membership site to deliver your content, all of
your content is delivered by email.
I read a report about this a few weeks ago from
another marketer, but never took any action.
This time, because Jimmy explains it in such a
way that is so achievable I have taken action.

I own a few ‘conventional’ membership sites and
they are very profitable. However, there are a
few problems.
1. In order to create a membership site, unless
you are technical yourself you often need to make
a large initial outlay in order to have the site
function exactly as you like it.
2. You need to be constantly creating content for
the site which is either extremely time consuming
or expensive if you go the route of having someone
else creating it.
3. Member drop-out can be high even if you are
overdelivering on content which means that you
constantly need to be marketing for new members.

longer problems but work to your advantage.

So as soon as I received his email, I went to
the salesletter and read through it. As I was
reading through I was almost fearing the amount
that he was going to charge, because I knew that
I was going to have to buy it!
A bit like when you are on a date in an expensive
restaurant and the girl decides to order dessert
even though you know that you can’t really afford
it 
However, I was pleasantly surprised when I realized
that the end price was peanuts and therefore I

So I read the first report which is the quick-start

Three hours later I have created my first
site using his formula and am now going to start
recruiting members.
As a sidenote, this new site is in a niche which has
nothing to do with internet marketing.
