Hi Jean-Francois,

I want to address what you said and why it is the case.

Firstly, if you want to get in touch with me, then the best way is to visit http://www.replytoben.com and submit a ticket in the Personal For Ben section. In that way, my staff are told to leave it and I will answer it personally. As you have probably seen, I tend to spend a lot of time on my helpdesk anyway as i like to keep in touch with what you need and want, so about half the time you will get a response from me anyway.

The reason why my emails come out from an address which is not respondable is because when I used to send out from an email address that is respondable I started getting in the region of 2-3 thousand emails a day which made it almost impossible to filter out customers' emails. This way it means that I am able to answer every question I get and there is a complete record of the conversation also.

i hope that this answers your question.

Best Wishes,

Ben Shaffer

Do these methods of generating traffic involve in some ways the use of autobots that garner page impressions without actual unique visitors ?

I'm one of those newbies who has been putting up sites that no one goes to:) If this new product is even half of what it claims, it is the answer to my prayers! Thanks for letting us know Ben... and please follow up with your personal impressions after using the product.
