Doug, I was sure that I replied to this, but seems that it hasn’t appeared . The link was fixed and everything should now work great.

Tom, it is actually really easy to do this. If you put the code for your affiliate plan in one of the custom boxes and then add that custom tag to the template then it will do this automatically. Hope that this helps.
